We are excited to introduce our new Ava's On Story Food Court Membership, designed to offer more opportunities for food vendors to showcase their culinary talents. With this membership, you can now book a slot from Monday thru Friday.
Slots are 11 am-5 pm or 12 pm-6 pm
Become an esteemed member of Ava's On Story Food Court with a weekly membership fee of $25, plus the book fee of $100 for daily access. This membership grants you exclusive access Monday through Friday during one of our two available time frames: 11 am - 5 pm or 12 pm - 6 pm. Choose your preferred slot for each day, and revel in the perks of our Food Court membership.
Please note that the weekly service fee covers essential services, including garbage disposal and electricity service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our valued members.

If you have a passion for cooking, whether you are a hobbyist or a culinary expert we have the location for you. Our location is on Story Avenue, which is between White Plains Road and Hunts Point. This location is ideal.

Please take a moment to complete the form and questionnaire, providing all the necessary information to finalize your registration to the membership. To be considered a qualified vendor, please ensure you have all the required paperwork in order (licenses, permits, etc.). If you do not have the proper paper, we can discuss your access for a small fee. I have all the necessary requirements.
Story Avenue sees significant foot traffic, and with a grocery store and Soundview Park nearby, this location offers great visibility. This location is prime for activities such as the baseball field, York Studio, Hunts Point, etc. Additionally, the nearby bus stop (right in front) and Lafayette Complex contribute to the area's activities.
MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
$25 Weekly fee is required to participate at the Food Court if you book more than one day plus the rate for your stall. The weekly fee is for clean-up.
FOOD VENDORS NOTE:
The rate is $100, without exceptions!
SEAFOOD VENDORS NOTE: The rate is $125, without exceptions!
Here's what you receive for your payment:
(1) 6-foot table or (1) 4-foot table
Tablecloth
1 chair (additional chairs can be purchased for $5 per chair)
You are not allowed to bring a chair
Any remaining items should be stored away from the view of the audience.
Event Details:
Food Court setup begins promptly as early as 9 am, and begins to shut down at 7:30 pm, unless otherwise specified. This time is based on your chosen start time.
Setup Time:
Please arrive 1 hour before the scheduled time starts. Locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Punctuality is appreciated to ensure a smooth start and minimize disruptions.
Cleanup Time:
You have 30 minutes for cleanup at the end of the event based on your start time.
Parking:
Ample street parking is available. You can unload your items at the space and then park your car. Our security team will safeguard your belongings until you return for setup.
Upon arrival, our staff will greet you and direct you to a designated location for setup.
Marketing:
Find the event flyer on our Instagram page (@ava_on_story) and share it on your social media platforms to inform your friends and family. Remember to tag us (@avas_on_story) in all your promotions! We kindly request that you promote the event at least 2-3 times a week. The more you promote, the better!
The complex across the street consists of ten 18-story buildings. We advertise the event at the location itself and on social media.

Payments:
All payments are final. If you are unable to attend, your payment will be forfeited.
To complete your payment, please click the provided link after submitting this form. Payments must be made by Thursday night (Friday noon) prior to your chosen date. No exceptions will be made. If payment is not received by Friday morning at 12:00 am or before bookings close, you cannot reserve a table for that day. Please select an alternative date.
Rain Date:
In case of inclement weather, you will have the opportunity to select a backup date. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date.
