EVENT SPACE BOOKING FORM

The purpose of this questionnaire is to gather information about your event and the services you require. It will help us determine how we can make your event as successful as possible.

Please carefully read and initial the contracts linked to this form. These contracts will serve as your official service agreement for the selected date. A copy of the contract will be attached to your form and sent via email. Please save the contract, as it is legally binding. For each additional date, a new form and contract will be required.


Booking sessions are available in 6-hour intervals. If you need additional time, there will be an extra charge of $200 per hour. On Sale currently for $100 hour. You can indicate your preference for additional time in the form below.

Venue Includes:

  • 6 hours allocated for your event

  • Seating for up to 80 guests

  • 2 hours designated for set-up time

  • 1/2 hour allotted for breakdown

  • 10 - 6-Foot tables 8 seats to a table

  • 6 Cocktail Tables - Seats 2 per table

  • 80 chairs

  • Buffet area

  • 4 - Chafing dishes

  • Bar station

  • Cooler

In the event that you prefer different style equipment for example round tables or chiavari chairs, you can select those items below.

Any outside vendors has to have full insurance. A copy of that policy has to be active. A copy of that policy has to be attached to this final contract. Vendor also has to provide a current credentials to verify identity. You will receive a copy of my business credentials for your records also.

Please note that any additional services you choose should will be made available three weeks before the event. To secure these services, full payment must be made at that time. A receipt for confirmation of payment should be attached to the contract. We are not responsible for services not guranteed by lack of payment.

Important Notice Regarding Event Breakdown:

Please be aware that the breakdown of your event must be completed within half hour from the designated end time. All your items must be packed up and removed from the premises. Absolutely no exceptions will be made.

Please take note of the following restrictions:

The sale or use of any illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

Consumption of alcohol by individuals under the age of 21 is not permitted. Proof of age may be requested from each vendor & purchaser.

To book additional time for your event, please take note of the following:

  • You can book additional time in intervals of 1 hour

  • The cost for each additional hour is $100 (Regular Price is $200.00 hourly)

  • The maximum limit for additional time is 3 hours

Based on your preferences, please indicate the desired additional time for each scenario;

Scenario 1:

Monday - Thursday

12 pm -6 pm

Additional time can only be booked at the end of the event.  

At a rate of $100 hourly on sale from $200.

Scenario 2:

Monday - Thursday

8 pm - 2 am

Additional time can only be booked at the beginning of the event.

At a rate of $100 hourly on sale from $200.

Scenario 3:

Friday - Sunday

12 pm -6 pm

Additional time can only be booked at the beginning of the event.

At a rate of $100 hourly on sale from $200.

Scenario 4:

Friday - Sunday

8 pm -2 am

Additional time can only be booked at the beginning of the event.

At a rate of $100 hourly on sale from $200.

Scenario 5:

Any hour other than listed

At a rate of $300 hourly on sale from $600.

(This does not include setup time)

To secure the booking for the Event Space, the pay options are:

Pay in full thru your Klarna account, When paying via your debit or cash credit card or by Debit or Cash at least 50% of the total, for the space is required. The ammenties are listed from the Book Now link. Balance secures at EXACTLY 3 weeks before the event. No exceptions

Simply click the dropdown to choose your preference. Once your full payment is received, the booking for the Event Space will be added to the Event Calendar.

When the balance is confirmed with the signer of this contract the Event will be confirmed on the Calendar.

 

Additional Notes:

  • The remaining balance can be paid in installments, you must meet the three week FINAL PAYMENT deadline.

  • The cancellation of the event at the three week point or beyond will incur a $150 non refundable fee. Any changes to the booking must be made in advance and may affect the total cost.
